General Graador is kind of glitchy

A friend and I are killing bandos consecutively and it keeps glitching out every 5 kills or so. When it is glitched the hit splats do not show up but the characters are still able to attack it. After maybe a minute or so the hit splats finally show up. Just thought i would report this incase it may be a serious issue, which I doubt is the case.

Or when General decides to take a leisurely stroll out of the room THROUGH THE WALL, he just kinda walks off into oblivion never to be seen again (until he respawns)....
